One of the founding principles of DevelopingEM has always been simple: great emergency medicine education should be accessible to the clinicians who need it most.
At this years’ conference, DevelopingEM 2026 Saint Lucia, DevelopingEM is supporting the attendance of an unprecedented number of local and regional healthcare professionals.
Through sponsorships, donations and careful financial management, we are planning to provide:
- Complimentary registration for 50 Saint Lucian delegates each day of the plenary conference.
- Complimentary registration for 15 regional Caribbean delegates each day.
- Complimentary registration for half of the available workshop slots which are reserved for Saint Lucian and regional delegates.
- Support for many regional delegates includes travel assistance and daily stipends, allowing clinicians from across the Caribbean to attend who otherwise could not.
These delegates include emergency clinicians and healthcare leaders who will take new knowledge and skills back to their hospitals and communities.
The result is education that extends far beyond the conference itself.

EMRAP: Global Outreach has assisted our efforts with both monetary support and the provision of complimentary subscriptions to regional delegates over our last two conferences and we are honoured to have their support once again.
On this occasion EMRAP:GO contributions will assist with the provision of travel support for delegates from Jamaica and Haiti and complimentary EMRAP subscriptions for all regional attendees.
